The Board of Directors of Interarch Building Solutions Limited, at its meeting held on Wednesday, 04th November 2026, approved the change in designation of Mr. Arvind Nanda from Managing Director to Whole-Time Director designated as Executive Chairperson of the Company.
The change is effective from 05th November 2026.
The appointment is for a consecutive term of five (5) years.
The change is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company and such other approvals as may be necessary.

Mr. Arvind Nanda is the Managing Director and Promoter of the Company.
He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation.
He is responsible for overall business decision-making and financial oversight of operational management.
He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce (honours) from the University of Delhi, New Delhi, India.
He has been admitted as an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is entitled to practise as a Chartered Accountant by the ICAI.
He has nearly 30 years of experience in the pre-engineered steel buildings industry with the Company.
He has guided the Company through decades of diversification and growth.
