Facility Details and Capacity Expansion
The company inaugurated a new manufacturing facility at Kheda, Gujarat on July 9, 2026. The facility spans approximately 12 acres with complete infrastructure including buildings, roads, and support systems. The total installed capacity is 40,000 MT per annum, implemented in two phases:
- Phase I: Adds 20,000 MT per annum manufacturing capacity with an investment of ₹60 crore
- Phase II: Will add the remaining 20,000 MT per annum capacity
- Total combined investment for both phases: Approximately ₹70 crore
The plant is equipped with advanced automation and precision engineering systems designed to deliver superior quality, faster turnaround times, and enhanced efficiency.
Strategic Impact and Geographic Advantages
The Kheda facility completes Interarch's strategic pan-India manufacturing presence. The location enhances service capabilities across Western and Central India and strengthens export capabilities through proximity to key ports.
Employment Generation
The facility is expected to generate more than 400 direct and indirect employment opportunities, contributing significantly to Gujarat's industrial and economic development.

Interarch has established a strong presence in Gujarat through landmark projects for leading organizations including Adani, Reliance, Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, BKT Tires, MG Motors, Torrent Power, Hitachi, Renew Solar, and Sun Solar.
Management Commentary
Mr. Arvind Nanda, Managing Director, stated that the inauguration comes at a pivotal time to meet growing demand for high-quality, sustainable, and time-efficient steel construction solutions. He cited rising public investment, manufacturing expansion, and rapid development of logistics, warehousing, renewable energy, and advanced manufacturing ecosystems as driving factors.
Mr. Gautam Suri, Whole-Time Director, added that the facility enhances export readiness and is designed with advanced manufacturing technologies to improve productivity, quality, and delivery capabilities. He highlighted growing demand from sectors including renewable energy, semiconductors, data centers, logistics, EVs, and advanced manufacturing.
