Board Approval and Effective Dates

The Board of Directors of InterGlobe Aviation Limited approved the following changes in its meeting held on Monday, July 27, 2026:

• Mr. Gaurav Negi was re-designated and transitioned from his current role of Chief Financial Officer to the role of Advisor to the Managing Director, effective close of business hours on July 27, 2026.

• Mr. Kiran Thadimarri, Deputy Chief Financial Officer, was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, effective July 28, 2026.
