Background
The announcement follows a meeting between ITL’s senior management and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Shri Yogi Adityanath, during which the state’s vision for technology‑driven industrial investment was discussed.
Project Details
The facility is described as a greenfield, advanced engineering hub intended to develop future‑ready, farmer‑centric technologies for both Indian and global markets. It will integrate engineering expertise with farmer insights to create agricultural solutions tailored to Indian and overseas needs. The centre is expected to contribute to the state’s broader innovation ecosystem through high‑value engineering activities, skill‑development programmes, employment generation and technology‑led industrial advancement.
