Intertek Group plc announced acquisition of Mitsui Chemicals India’s solar PV laboratory assets in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The lab will offer ISO 17025 accredited testing, BIS and IECEE CB Scheme certifications for solar PV installations, materials and components.
The move aligns with India’s 2030 target of 500 GW non‑fossil capacity, including 280 GW solar, boosting demand for QA services.
