Key Personnel Changes

Resignation: Ms. Manisha Kadagathur has resigned from her position as Chief Human Resources Officer (Senior Management Personnel) effective from close of business hours on September 4, 2026. The resignation was submitted due to personal reasons as stated in her resignation letter.

Transition Period: Ms. Kadagathur will continue in the employment of the Company in a different capacity and role as determined by the Company until the close of business hours on November 17, 2026, on which date her employment with the Company will completely cease.

New Appointment: Ms. Amaris McComas will assume the position of Chief Human Resources Officer with effect from September 5, 2026. Ms. McComas brings extensive experience leading global people strategy, organizational transformation, and talent development across healthcare and financial services organizations including TruBridge, Equitable, TIAA, and HSBC.

Ms. McComas currently serves as Board Chair of the Neuro580 Gives and is a founding member of the Young Women Leaders Forum in Charlotte, North Carolina. She holds a BA in Sociology from Emory University and is described as passionate about championing diversity, digital HR innovation, leadership development, and community engagement.
