Mr. Vicky M. Kundaliya, Proprietor of M/s V. M. Kundaliya & Associates, Company Secretaries, was appointed as the Scrutinizer on April 23, 2026. His responsibilities included scrutinizing the e-voting process in a fair and transparent manner and preparing a report of the votes cast. He submitted his Scrutinizer's Report dated May 30, 2026, confirming the results.

The Company had sent the Postal Ballot Notice via email to 57,548 members who had registered their email IDs. The notice was also published in Financial Express (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) on April 29, 2026.

The entire process was conducted in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, and relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and SEBI. The disclosure is made in compliance with SEBI LODR Regulations.
