Invigorated Business Consulting Limited has intimated that its 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of members will be held on Wednesday, September 02, 2026, at 12:00 Noon (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means in accordance with applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, August 26, 2026, to Wednesday, September 02, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM.
