InvoiceCloud Announces INR 350 Crore Three‑Year Growth Plan for Hyderabad Innovation Hub
InvoiceCloud, a U.S.-headquartered provider of digital billing and payment solutions, disclosed a three‑year growth initiative valued at approximately INR 350 crore aimed at strengthening its global innovation hub in Hyderabad, India. The plan will fund team expansion, infrastructure upgrades, AI initiatives, and product development.
The company, which began operations in Hyderabad in 2024, has grown its India workforce to more than 250 employees. Under the new plan, the India team is projected to reach 300 employees by the end of 2026, with more than 70% of the staff engaged in engineering and product roles that support AI, platform engineering, and product development.
AI Adoption and Productivity Gains
InvoiceCloud reports that per‑engineer productivity has risen 120% year over year, a boost the firm attributes largely to the deployment of AI tools and processes. This productivity surge has enabled faster solution building and shipping. The Hyderabad team also delivered the company’s “agentic AI” customer self‑service capability, known as the Service Module, launching it in under six months.
Office Expansion
The Hyderabad footprint has been enlarged by 50%, now occupying 33,000 sq ft, providing additional space for engineering, product, and AI teams. The new floor features a permanent mural co‑created over four days by InvoiceCloud employees and the Aravani Art Project, reflecting the company’s emphasis on inclusion and belonging.
Leadership Involvement
The inauguration ceremony gathered more than 20 senior leaders from InvoiceCloud’s U.S. headquarters and the India site, including CEO Kevin O'Brien, Chief People Officer Jessi Marcoff, Chief Technology Officer Jed Maczuba, Chief Product Officer Steve Schult, and Senior Vice President and India Site Leader Biju Davis.
