IP Rings Terminates Nippon Piston Rings Agreements

IP Rings Ltd and Nippon Piston Rings Co Ltd mutually terminate their Share Subscription and Technical Assistance Agreements effective April 28, 2026.
The termination is due to corporate reorganization of Nippon Piston Ring Co., Ltd. following its merger with RIKEN in Japan.
NPR holds a 5.56% stake (704,200 equity shares) in IP Rings Ltd but is not related to the promoter group.
IP Rings will continue to benefit from existing NPR technologies royalty-free and gain access to new advanced technologies.
