The Company had previously informed via letter dated 22nd June, 2026 that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 shall remain closed with effect from 1st July, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Company's unaudited financial results for Q1 FY27, i.e., until 15th August, 2026.
