IRB Trust TOT-18 Tolling Commences, ₹3,087Cr Fee Paid

IRB Infrastructure Trust's SPV commences toll collection on Chandikhole–Bhadrak NH-16 section (TOT-18) from April 1, 2026.
Project SPV paid upfront concession fee of ₹3,087 crores to NHAI after achieving financial closure on March 30, 2026.
TOT-18 is a 74.5 km, 20-year revenue-linked concession, adding ~₹1,600 crores to IRB Group's O&M order book.
