Appointment: Smt. Suman Bala has been appointed as Non-official (Independent) Director on the Board of the Company.
Authority: Appointed by the President of India through Ministry of Railways order no. 2026/PL/57/16 dated 13th August, 2026.
Term: For a period of three (3) years with immediate effect from 13th August, 2026.
Termination Condition: The appointment will continue until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Compliance Status: The company is taking necessary actions to complete appointment formalities in compliance with Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
