Ircon International Limited has disclosed a management change announcement pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company received Order No. 2023/E(O)II/40/15 dated 23rd June, 2026 from the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, which states that:
- The post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Ircon International Limited will become vacant on 1st July, 2026 due to the superannuation of Shri Hari Mohan Gupta (DIN: 08453476) on 30th June, 2026.
- The Competent Authority has decided to entrust the additional charge of the CMD position to Shri Saleem Ahmad (DIN: 10119432), who currently serves as Chairman & Managing Director of Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL).
- The additional charge arrangement is for a period of one year effective from the date of assumption of charge on or after 1st July, 2026.
- The arrangement will continue until the earliest of: (i) completion of one year term, (ii) assumption of charge by a regular incumbent, or (iii) until further orders from the authorities.
The company is taking necessary actions for the appointment of Shri Saleem Ahmad as CMD of Ircon in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, and other applicable provisions. Requisite disclosures regarding his assumption of charge will be submitted upon completion of the process.
