Change in Directorate – Cessation
Shri Sudhir Kumar (DIN: 10834749), GGM (Finance) has relinquished the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) with effect from June 15, 2026. This cessation is in accordance with Railway Board's letter no. 2023/E(O)II/40/22 dated June 11, 2026, read with letter nos. 2017/E(O)II/40/29 dated July 22, 2025 and November 7, 2025. The change is due to appointment of a new incumbent to the post, as previously communicated to the exchanges on June 11, 2026.
Change in CFO & Senior Management – Cessation
Pursuant to IRCTC's HRD Office Order No. 69/2026 dated June 15, 2026, Shri Sudhir Kumar, GGM (Finance) has been relieved/repatriated on June 15, 2026 in compliance of Railway Board's Order No. E(O)III-2026/PM/53 dated June 3, 2026. Accordingly, he ceases to be Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (Key Managerial Personnel) and Senior Management Personnel of the Company with effect from June 15, 2026.
