Key Dates

  • Record Date: Tuesday, September 22, 2026 for determining entitlement to final dividend
  • Board Meeting Date: Tuesday, 26th May 2026 when dividend was recommended
  • Dividend Payment: Within 30 days from conclusion of AGM (if declared)
  • Documentation Deadline: Tuesday, 22nd September 2026 (no communications entertained after this date)

Dividend Details

  • Final Dividend: ₹0.50 (Rupees Fifty Paise only) per equity share

TDS Provisions

Pursuant to Income Tax Act, 2025, dividend is taxable in hands of members and company must deduct TDS at time of payment.

Resident Shareholders TDS Rates:

  • Mutual Funds: Nil TDS (requires self-declaration of SEBI registration and PAN)
  • Insurance Companies: Nil TDS (requires self-declaration of IRDA registration and PAN)
  • Category I and II Alternative Investment Funds: Nil TDS (requires SEBI registration proof and PAN)
  • Other exempt entities: Nil TDS (requires documentary evidence of exemption status)
  • Other resident shareholders: 10% TDS under Section 393
  • No TDS if aggregate dividend ≤ ₹10,000 during financial year
  • No TDS with valid Form 121 (for eligible individuals)
  • 20% TDS if no PAN/invalid PAN/PAN not linked with Aadhaar
  • TDS as per lower tax withholding certificate under Section 395 if provided

Non-Resident Shareholders TDS Rates:

  • FPIs and FIIs: 20% TDS (plus surcharge and cess) under Section 393, or DTAA rate if more beneficial
  • Other non-resident shareholders: 20% TDS (plus surcharge and cess) or DTAA rate
  • To claim DTAA benefits, must provide: PAN copy, Tax Residency Certificate, Form 41, and declaration of no Permanent Establishment in India
  • TDS as per lower tax withholding certificate under Section 395 if provided
  • Company not obligated to apply DTAA rates if documentation is incomplete

Documentation Requirements

All documents must be self-attested with "certified true copy of the original" notation. Documents to be uploaded at portal https://einward.alankit.com/ against folios. Specific format declarations available at provided URLs for different shareholder categories.

Important Notes

  • Shareholders must ensure bank account details and PAN are updated in demat accounts before record date
  • For shares held in physical form, register of members as of record date will be used
  • If dividend income assessable to person other than registered shareholder, declaration required with details of actual recipient
  • Company relies on information verified by Income Tax website utility
  • Higher tax rate applied across all holdings if single PAN has multiple accounts under different statuses
  • No claims against company for taxes deducted - refunds must be claimed through income tax return filing
  • Shareholders responsible for any tax demands arising from misrepresentation or omission of information
