Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) has intimated both BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited about an upcoming board meeting scheduled for Friday, May 29, 2026.
The board meeting will consider and approve the audited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) and audited financial statements (both standalone and consolidated) of the company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 29(1) & (2) and Regulation 50(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's policy under these regulations, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed from April 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The intimation for the closure of the trading window was previously communicated to the stock exchanges via letter dated March 26, 2026.
