IREDA signed a Facility Agreement on March 30, 2026 to raise JPY 28 billion ECB from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Singapore Branch.
The facility includes a Green Shoe Option of JPY 12 billion and is a 5-year unsecured long-term loan.
