IRFC Appoints Laya Madduri Government Nominee Director

IRFC appointed Ms. Laya Madduri as Part-time Government Nominee Director effective 7th May 2026 via Ministry of Railways order.
Ms. Madduri is Joint Secretary at Infrastructure Finance Secretariat, Department of Economic Affairs, and holds an IAS officer rank.
The appointment was approved by board resolution and complies with SEBI LODR Regulations 2015 and Companies Act 2013.
Ms. Madduri holds no shares in IRFC and is not related to any existing director or KMP of the company.
