Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's corresponding policy, the Trading Window for designated persons has been closed since 1st July 2026. This closure will continue until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026. This closure was previously intimated to the exchanges via letters dated 24th March 2026 and 25th June 2026.
All Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, as defined in the Company's Insider Trading Policy, are advised not to trade in the Company's Securities, including Equity Shares and Listed Debt securities, during this period.
