1. Correction of Typographical Error

The corrigendum corrects a typographical error in the Explanatory Statement to Item No. 7. The entry for Dhairyasheel Vasantrao Yadav (Sr. No. 7) incorrectly showed the number of equity shares to be allotted as "4,50,50" instead of the correct figure of "4,50,500". The corrected table entry shows:

2. Enhanced Disclosure of Post-Issue Capital

Pursuant to queries from BSE Limited, the company replaced the general statement in sub-paragraph (k) with a detailed table showing the percentage of post-preferential issue capital for each of the 196 allottees. The allottees include individuals, HUFs, companies, and funds with post-issue capital percentages ranging from 0.01% to 6.39%.

Impact on Voting Process

All votes cast by members on Item No. 7 (Issuance of Equity Shares by way of Preferential Issue) during the original e-voting period (April 22, 2026 to May 21, 2026) stand cancelled and will not be considered. Votes cast on Items No. 1-6 remain valid and unaffected.
