Isgec Heavy Engineering Four Directors Re-appointed via Postal Ballot

Isgec Heavy Engineering completed a postal ballot (remote e-voting) on March 27, 2026, passing all four director re-appointment resolutions with requisite majority.
Mr. Aditya Puri (MD), Mr. Kishore Chatnani (JMD), and Mr. Sanjay Gulati (JMD) were re-appointed for five-year terms each, effective from their respective dates.
Mr. Arvind Sagar was re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director for a second consecutive term of five years via Special Resolution.
