Post-transaction holding reduces from 51% to 26%, changing subsidiary status to associate while maintaining joint venture structure.
The JV contributed 0.18% to consolidated turnover and 0.29% to net worth in FY 2024-25.
Transaction expected to complete by June 30, 2026, and does not qualify as a related party transaction.
