iStreet Network MD Rakesh Rathi Resigns

Mr. Rakesh Rathi resigned as Managing Director and Director of iStreet Network Ltd effective May 12, 2026.
Resignation was tendered due to personal reasons after a 15-month tenure with the company.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015.
Mr. Rathi held no directorships in other listed entities at the time of resignation.
