ITC Hotels Acquires 100% of Zuri Hotels

ITC Hotels completed the 100% acquisition of Zuri Hotels and Resorts Private Limited for up to ₹175 crores on 19th May 2026.
The acquisition adds a 72-key luxury resort in Kerala to ITC's portfolio, aiming to strengthen its presence in strategic leisure destinations.
Zuri Hotels reported an average annual turnover of approximately ₹21.8 crores over the last three financial years.
The transaction was executed in cash and does not constitute a related party transaction.
