ITC Hotels Acquires Kumarakom Luxury Resort for ₹205 Cr

ITC Hotels Limited signed definitive agreements to acquire 100% stake in Zuri Hotels & Resorts Private Limited at an enterprise value of ₹205 crores.
The acquisition includes The Zuri Kumarakom, Kerala Resort & Spa - a 72-key luxury property spread over 18 acres along Vembanad Lake.
Post-renovation, the resort will be rebranded under ITC Hotels with stabilized revenue expected to reach 3x current levels and be margin accretive.
This strategic acquisition establishes ITC Hotels' first owned resort in Kerala, expanding its luxury portfolio in a high-growth leisure destination.
