ITC Hotels Board Meeting for FY26 Results, Dividend

ITC Hotels Limited intimates a Board Meeting on 15th May 2026 to approve audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31st March 2026.
The Board will also consider recommending a final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March 2026.
The intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015 to the National Stock Exchange and BSE.
