ITC Makes Sproutlife Foods Subsidiary

ITC Limited acquired the right to nominate majority Board directors of Sproutlife Foods Private Limited effective 1st April, 2026, making it a subsidiary.
ITC holds ~47.50% stake in Sproutlife on a fully diluted basis; control secured via a Shareholders' Agreement dated 19th April, 2023.
Sproutlife, operator of the 'Yoga Bar' brand, reported revenues growing from ₹88 crores (FY23) to ₹200 crores (FY25).
The acquisition aligns with ITC's strategy to augment its future-ready portfolio in the foods segment; no regulatory approvals were required.
