The Members of IVP Limited at the 97th Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (IST) approved the re-appointment of the company's statutory auditors.

Term of Appointment

The re-appointment is for the second consecutive term of 5 years, effective from the conclusion of the 97th Annual General Meeting (August 6, 2026) until the conclusion of the 102nd AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2031.
