Proceedings Summary
The meeting commenced with welcome remarks and general instructions from the Company Secretary. The Chairman presented the financial highlights of the company for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Shareholders were given opportunity to ask questions, which were satisfactorily replied by the Chairman.
Voting Process
Remote e-voting was conducted from September 13, 2026 (9:00 AM IST) to September 15, 2026 (5:00 PM IST). Ballot voting facility was made available to members present at the AGM who had not cast votes by remote e-voting.
Resolutions Passed
Two ordinary resolutions were passed by shareholders:
1. Adoption of Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, together with reports of Board of Directors and Auditors
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Dilip Kumar Goyal (DIN: 0033590) as director who retired by rotation
Post-Meeting Actions
The consolidated results of remote e-voting and ballot voting will be announced within 2 working days of the conclusion of the AGM. The results along with Scrutinizer's Report will be intimated to Stock Exchanges in terms of Listing Regulations and placed on the company website.
