Proposed Resolutions and Implications
Ordinary Business:
1. To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for FY ended March 31, 2026, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Reports of Board of Directors and Auditors, and comments of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
2. To authorize the Board of Directors to fix the remuneration of Auditors appointed by C&AG for FY 2026-27.
Special Business:
3. Special Resolution to raise equity capital up to ₹1,000 Crores through various modes including Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP), private placement, or other permissible methods, while maintaining the Government of Union territory of J&K's shareholding at a minimum of 51%.

The Bank is providing remote e-voting facility through Bigshare Services Private Limited. The voting period is from September 19, 2026 (9:00 A.M.) to September 21, 2026 (5:00 P.M.).
Cut-off Date:
Tuesday, September 15, 2026 has been fixed as the cut-off date for determining shareholder eligibility for voting.
Scrutinizer Appointment:
CS Ghulam Jeelani Reshi, Practising Company Secretary (Membership no. FCS-8720, Certificate of Practice No. 10020) has been appointed as Scrutinizer to conduct the remote e-voting and voting during AGM.
