Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited has issued a regulatory disclosure regarding an upcoming board meeting.
The Board of Directors of the Bank will meet on Wednesday, 29th July, 2026 to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (both Consolidated and Standalone) for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
Pursuant to SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in the Bank's securities has been closed from Wednesday, 1st July, 2026 until Friday, 31st July, 2026 (both days inclusive).
