The project, awarded by the Uttar Pradesh PWD, involves the design, engineering, and construction of a 10,000-person convention centre.
The contract is valued at ₹1,184 crore (inclusive of taxes, excluding GST) and has a 24-month execution period.
The company confirmed the contract is a domestic award and does not constitute a related party transaction.
