Jagan Lamps Limited has provided prior intimation of a scheduled Board of Directors meeting to be held on Saturday, 14th November 2026. The meeting will primarily consider two agenda items:
- The un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026
- The limited review report of the Statutory Auditors on these financial results
- Any other matters with the permission of the Chairman
The company has confirmed that the trading window for dealing in the Company's securities remains closed for Directors, Promoters, Designated/Connected Persons and their immediate relatives in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the un-audited standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026.
