Key Dates and Rescheduling

• The Board meeting was originally scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 11th August, 2026.
• The meeting has been rescheduled and will now be held on Thursday, 13th August, 2026.
• This rescheduling is a follow-up to a previous company letter dated 5th August, 2026.

Purpose of the Board Meeting

The primary purpose of the rescheduled meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30 June, 2026.

Trading Window Closure

In accordance with the Company's Code of Prevention of Insider Trading, read with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company for all designated persons shall remain closed until 14th August, 2026.
