The primary purpose of the re-scheduled meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026.
Reason for Postponement
The meeting was postponed pursuant to an order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India dated 24th July, 2026.
Conditional Nature of Meeting
The re-scheduled meeting shall be held subject to any further order(s)/direction(s) that may be passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court or any other competent authority.
