Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Limited ("Company") has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement ("BTA") with Group Pharmaceuticals Limited ("Seller") on September 23, 2026, for acquisition of the Wellness Portfolio of the Seller. The acquisition is structured as a slump sale on a going-concern basis, subject to the terms and conditions contained in the BTA.
