Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals' committee approved grant of 193,000 employee stock options under its 2022 plan.
The options have an exercise price of ₹159.50 each and are convertible into equity shares of ₹2 face value.
Vesting will occur in four equal annual installments starting from the first anniversary of the grant date.
