Jai Corp Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about its forthcoming Annual General Meeting through a regulatory disclosure filed under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The Forty-first Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Indian Standard Time (IST).
The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
