The Board will review, finalize, approve and recommend:
- Unaudited Standalone Financial Working Results for Q2/H1 FY27
- Unaudited Consolidated Financial Working Results for Q2/H1 FY27
Additional Committee Meetings
Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Risk Management Committee meetings will also be held to discuss various matters.
Communication Plan
- Financial results will be published in newspapers soon after board meeting as per Regulation 47(b)
- Unaudited results and Limited Review Report will be submitted to exchanges immediately after board approval on November 4, 2026
