The 31st AGM was held on Thursday, 30th July 2026 at 11:30 A.M. through Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The remote e-voting period was from Monday, 27th July 2026 (09:00 A.M.) to Wednesday, 29th July 2026 (05:00 P.M.), with e-voting also available during the AGM until 30 minutes after its conclusion.
