Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited has intimated the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and BSE Limited about the resignation of Shri Manoj Gaur (DIN: 00008480) from his position as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
The resignation was tendered via letter dated 6th July, 2026 and took effect immediately on that date. Consequently, Shri Manoj Gaur also ceased to hold the position of Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in compliance with SEBI Circulars CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September, 2015 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July, 2023.
In his resignation letter, Shri Manoj Gaur cited "change in management of the Company" as the reason for his resignation. He expressed gratitude to all members of the Board for their support, association, and guidance during his tenure and extended best wishes for the continued progress and achievements of the Company.
