Jamna Auto Industries Limited has issued a regulatory disclosure regarding its upcoming 60th Annual General Meeting and dividend-related arrangements.
The 60th Annual General Meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 11:30 A.M. IST.
