Jamshri Realty Limited has issued a regulatory intimation to BSE Ltd. regarding an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors.
The Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, 2nd November 2026, at 5:00 PM (S.T.). The meeting will be held at the company's administrative office: 601-B, Motimahal, 195, J.T. Road, Backbay Reclamation, Churchgate, Mumbai 400020.
The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and Half year ended on 30th September 2026.
Concurrently, the company has announced the closure of the "Trading Window" for dealing/trading in the company's securities by insiders. The closure period is from 1st October 2026 until 4th November 2026 (both days inclusive). This closure will remain in effect until the completion of two working days after the declaration of the aforementioned financial results.
