Jana Small Finance Bank: Three Independent Directors Appointed

Jana Small Finance Bank issued a Postal Ballot Notice dated 24th March 2026 seeking shareholder approval for three Non-Executive Independent Director appointments.
Ajay Rotti Jayathirtha and Pankaj Razdan were appointed w.e.f. 2nd February 2026; Malini B Mallikarjun w.e.f. 20th March 2026, each for a 5-year term.
Remote e-voting via NSDL is open from 27th March 2026 to 25th April 2026, with results to be declared by 27th April 2026.
Each appointee will receive annual remuneration of Rs. 10 lakh plus sitting fees of Rs. 60,000 per Board meeting and Rs. 40,000 per Committee meeting.
