Product Development

  • Tidal Barrier Gate: Successfully manufactured the company's largest-ever tidal barrier gate for the Yuen Long Barrage & Nullah Improvement Scheme in Hong Kong. The gate measures 23050mm (W) × 5800mm (H) and is made of SS316. A delegation of 18 officials from Hong Kong visited for an inspection.
  • Unidirectional Knife Gate Valves: Successfully developed pneumatically operated unidirectional knife gate valves (sizes DN125 to DN300) for highly abrasive dry ash conveying systems at NTPC's 3 x 800 MW Phase -1, Patratu. They offer 100% leak-tight performance at 3 bar working pressure.
  • Disc Filter (iFILT-S DYNAMIX®): Successfully developed a sealed version disc filter under license from JASH-INVENT Umwelt- und Verfahrenstechnik AG Germany. Supplied for projects including 15 MLD STP Jagatpur (Ahmedabad), 2 MLD STP at Maldives airport, and 1.2 MLD Thonburi Waste Water Collection & Treatment Project (Thailand). Model 12105 (5-Wheel Filter) was supplied.

Prestigious Projects

  • Multi-Raking Screen, Jordan: Waterfront (UK subsidiary) supplied 2 multi-raking screens for the Main Sewage Pumping Station under the Aden Water & Sanitation Utilities Development Project.
  • Rocky Fork Lake Dam, Ohio, USA: Rodney Hunt Inc. (US subsidiary) manufactured a 5 ft × 7 ft stainless steel bonneted gate for a 70 ft water head application, operated by a hydraulic cylinder.
  • 200 MLD ISTP Al Haer, Saudi Arabia: Supplied 45 stainless steel sluice gates, 3 mechanical coarse screens (MM 2 MM), 2 totally enclosed belt conveyors with deflector plate assembly, 2 jet breakers, and 116 knife gate valves.
  • Nhieu Loc Thi Nghe WWTP, Vietnam: Supplying a 3000mm × 3000mm stainless-steel sluice gate for a ±9.72 m water head for Vietnam's largest WWTP (480,000 m³/day capacity). Jash has supplied over 88 gates for this project.
  • 254 MLD WWTP, Bangalore: Supplied 5 SS316L square type primary clarifiers (39.6m x 39.6m x 3.04m SWD + 0.5m FB), 12 secondary clarifiers, and 2 sludge thickeners.
  • System and Public Park Project, Thonburi, Thailand: Supplied 2 multi-rake screens (2800mm W x 24514mm H, SS304, 50mm spacing) and 4 centre flow travelling band fine screens (3000mm W x 8210mm H, SS304, 3mm opening) for CH. Karnchang Public Company Limited.
  • Mumbai Coastal Road Project (South) Package IV, Mumbai: Supplied 4 cast iron wall thimble mounted sluice gates (1 of 3400mm W x 2400mm H and 3 of 2400mm W x 2400mm H) to L&T.
  • Reliance Vinyls Program - OSBL (NMD_ ETP), Nagothane: Supplied 41 FRP sluice gates (sizes 250mm×250mm to 700mm×700mm) to VA Tech Wabag Ltd. for an Effluent Treatment Plant.
  • Poisar River Rejuvenation Project, Mumbai: Supplied the first lot of 79 cast iron sluice & open channel gates of varied sizes for BMC.
  • 215 MLD WWTF Project, Bhandup: Manufactured and supplied 3 DN 2200mm ductile iron bi-directional knife gate valves with a 10 bar pressure rating.
