JASH Engineering Re-appoints Suresh Patel Executive Director

JASH Engineering Limited seeks shareholder approval via postal ballot for the re-appointment of Mr. Suresh Patel as an Executive Director for a two-year term.
The remote e-voting period is scheduled from April 12, 2026, to May 11, 2026, managed by MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
