Jash Engineering's Unit to Acquire Penstocks (UK) Limited

Jash Engineering's subsidiary, Waterfront Fluid Controls, to acquire 100% of Penstocks (UK) Ltd for £550,000 in an all-cash transaction.
The acquisition, expected to close by 30 June 2026, will establish a pan-UK presence for the company's water and wastewater solutions.
The transaction is not a related party transaction and is conducted at arm's length with no promoter group interest.
