Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated)
FY26 consolidated revenue was flat at ₹736 crore versus ₹735 crore in FY25. Profit after tax declined to ₹76 crore in FY26 from ₹86 crore in FY25. The company attributes this performance to external headwinds including US tariff changes (in January 2025 and June 2026) and Middle East conflict, which caused indecision in US order execution/booking, supply chain volatility, inflationary pressure, and shipping delays. Domestic revenue showed robust growth of over 18% in FY26, compensating for a fall in export revenue.
For FY27, the company is targeting 19% growth to reach consolidated revenue of ₹875 crore. This target is supported by a robust order book of over ₹899 crore as of June 2027, stability in US tariffs, and the end of the Middle East conflict.
Expansion / Capex
The company's expansion program in FY26 included:
- Setting up a new greenfield manufacturing plant in Chennai.
- Establishing a facility in SEZ-Pithampur.
- Adding a 10-tonne capacity induction melting facility in its foundry.
- Increasing production capacity of CI Gates and valves by over 40%.
These expansions are expected to enable the company to reach a production capability of ₹1200 crore once stabilized.
Future expansion plans include:
- Setting up a manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia by the end of FY28 to deepen presence in the Middle East and MENA region.
- Establishing a manufacturing plant in Houston, USA by the end of FY28.
The company aims to double its revenue to over ₹1500 crore by FY31 through these expansions.
