Mitrata is produced under the newly created Jash Vira Films arm, with co‑production support from Soul Sutra Studios. The film is produced by Parthiv Gohil and Manasi Parekh. Direction is handled by Oneel Prashant Karnik, and the screenplay is written by Bhavik Pandya. The principal cast includes Viraj Ghelani, Deep Vaidya, Vishal Parekh, and Vishwaa Joshi.
